We experienced some pretty intense weather conditions during our recent camping trip on Kick. You see, the forecast called for some sunshine, but Mother Nature had other thoughts. Apparently, she decided to throw a massive downpour right in the middle of our adventure!
Our shelter quickly became into a swamp. {Everyaround us was soaked through and through. We made an effort to stay dry, but it was a losing battle. The rain just kept pouring.
It wasn't all bad though. There was something different about the whole experience. Our group huddled together in our makeshift shelter, sharing memories and trying to stay warm.

Well y'all, it's been a busy few weeks here on the farm! The plants are growing like crazy, and I'm really excited about all the {freshingredients we're going to have.
I've also been workin'/toiling/hustling hard on {someideas that I can't wait to share you all about soon! In the meantime, here are a couple of {quickhighlights:

* The chickens/goats/cows are laying/producing/giving tons/loads/plenty of eggs/milk/cheese.

Wild Ride: Camping in the Storm with Jess
Rain pounded down, turning our campsite into a muddy mess. But that didn't stop Jess! She was pumped to be out here in the wild, braving the elements with a smile on her face. We pitched our tent, which squealed like a wounded animal every time a gust of wind hit it. We huddled inside, sharing stories, the warmth of each other's company driving the chill. Later, we watched the rain drumming on the leaves, listening to the sounds of nature. This wasn't just a camping trip, it was an experience. A true "Girl Gone Wild" moment!
